Monja-yaki

Another thing I wanted to try - Monja-yaki. I have no idea what "Monja" means but "yaki" is like "cooked".

Base ingredients are watered flour, pork, and cabagge. We added rice cake cubes and salted cod roes.

First, cook cabagge, pork, and other ingredients except watered flour using scrapers.

Then you make a ring and pour watered flour in the center.

As it's getting done, chop and spread it with scrapers. I've seen similar things many times on the roads.

Leave it for a few minutes and eat with a tiny scraper. It was good.
